This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Premium Accounts Seller, including OTT Plans, OTT Split Services, Software Licenses, Antivirus Keys, and all other digital products provided by us.

By purchasing any product or service from our platform, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. TYPE OF PRODUCTS WE PROVIDE

We sell various digital and instantly delivered services, which include but are not limited to:

  • OTT Subscription Plans

  • OTT Split Access

  • Software Licenses (Windows, Office, etc.)

  • Antivirus Keys (Norton, McAfee, Quick Heal, etc.)

  • Digital Product Keys

  • Streaming/Media Services

  • Online Tools & Utilities

  • Other Digital Goods & Codes

All our products are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or website dashboard.

Digital goods once delivered cannot be returnedrevoked, or reused, making them non-refundable after delivery.


2. STRICT NO-REFUND AFTER PRODUCT DELIVERY

Once a digital product, login credential, activation key, or service access has been delivered to the customer:

NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Customer changed mind

  • Customer purchased by mistake

  • Customer device not compatible

  • Customer unable to use the product

  • Customer entered wrong details

  • Customer claims “I don’t need it anymore”

  • Issues caused by customer misuse

  • Third-party restrictions (device limit reached, account already in use, etc.)

Once access/keys/logins are delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

This aligns with international digital product laws, where intangible digital goods are non-returnable.


3. WHEN REFUND IS POSSIBLE

Refund is only possible under the following genuine business-side issues:

✔ A. Product Out of Stock

If the product you purchased is unavailable.

✔ B. We Cannot Complete Your Order

If our team is unable to fulfill the order due to internal or technical issues from our side.

✔ C. Invalid or Non-Working Product Delivered

If the delivered digital product is proven to be invalid AND we fail to replace it.

Customer must provide:

  • Screenshots

  • Error message

  • Proof of issue

If replacement is provided successfully, refund will not be issued.


4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours

  • Bank/UPI Wallet processing may take 3–5 business days

  • Payment gateway delays are outside our control


5. ORDER VERIFICATION BEFORE REFUND

To prevent digital fraud and misuse, all refund claims undergo strict verification:

We will check:

  • Delivery proof

  • Activation attempt logs

  • Product validity records

  • Chat logs & communication

  • Usage status

If the product was activatedusedlogged in, or shared, refund becomes invalid.


6. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Premium Accounts Seller is not responsible for:

  • Issues caused by customer’s device/software

  • Customer misuse

  • Customer violation of OTT/software policies

  • Third-party company restrictions

  • Incorrect installation by customer

  • Account/device limit violations

  • Internet or device malfunction

All customers must follow instructions properly before claiming any issue.
